First, I want to say Blessed Spring Solstice to everyone who has made it to the new astrology year with us. In the current state of the world, we all have taken losses in connections due to a most bodacious virus and the ripple effect it has caused in both the livelihood and financial sector of everyday operations in our current shared reality. Manifesting your wildest dreams may seem like a difficult feat to achieve. With some research, I have collected some great tips on how to make your wildest desires appear to have had literally materialized out of thin air. “How is this possible Honey?” you may be pondering. Here are six ways to draw your manifestations to you like some of the best gurus in the game.

1. Putting on your low vibe locs.
Granted, this seems pretty easy at first glance, right? However, a lot of people are programmed daily without even realizing it. Perhaps you wake up on “the wrong side of the sheets” and the day dramatically spiral downward from the minute you open your eyes and jump up out of the bed. You grab your hot water with lemon and scroll the news headlines only to find low vibrational energy being thrown at you left and right before you even get in motion for work or to drop the kids off at school. You log into social media and see countless tweets, posts, and links spewing from the minds of millions of people who share the reality of experiencing social unrest and sharing their disdain for life. Try to limit your exposure to low vibrational outlets if you know it may trigger you easily, especially if you are trying to manifest something large. Until you grow accustomed to your “spiritual armor” while manifesting, the best way to is to unplug.

2. Maintaining the vibe through routine meditation practice.
This exposure can make it difficult to remain and maintain a high frequency consistently which is why it is very important to have a daily routine that embodies frequency boosts to prepare and arm you throughout the day. There are guided meditations and pure tones, depending on what you prefer. For newly activated individuals, I recommend a guided meditation until you become comfortable clearing your mind on your own. It is important to meditate on any frequency higher than 432 Hz, as anything above this frequency directly interacts with the DNA in all living things on the planet in a positive way. It would benefit you by starting your day with a good stretch, and morning meditation, even if it is only for a few minutes. 3. Consuming high vibrational foods.
There is merit in the phrase, “you are what you eat.” and rightfully so, because this is also a very important part of manifesting. Eating a lot of processed foods can not only cause health problems but also fight against all five other steps in manifesting effortlessly. What you put into your body directly affects the frequency you can maintain and reach. The question is, what is considered a high vibrational food? A general checklist to abide by when buying food is to make sure: the items you are consuming are raw, organic, and grown entirely or mainly without pesticides. Local farmers would be a big plus. Dark leafy greens, berries, and vegetables that are high in antioxidants are also important to look out for. Freshly squeezed juices without sugar added, alkaline and spring water, raw nuts, cold-pressed oils like avocado, flaxseed, olive, and sesame. Apple cider vinegar and lemon juice over everything or before and after meals is a plus but not necessary. If you aren’t ready to make the quantum vegan leap, you could start by going lean pescatarian and limiting your fish choices to wild-caught fish only. If you have a sweet tooth, no worries you can still partake in raw cacao preferably dark, which has the most antioxidants; and Teeccino or Chaga Tea for those who are caffeine enthusiasts. Organic honey would be my suggestion if you need to use a sweetener. Avoid grain, and sugar at all costs. Making all of these diet changes at once may be difficult so pace yourself.

4. Writing your affirmations daily.
Writing down your affirmations is way more potent than just repeating them out loud. When you write your affirmations, you are putting your intent on paper, therefore petitioning to the universe that you truly desire this change. I suggest keeping an affirmation journal and do not feel silly about repeating them daily. As you progress you can variate the affirmations to your liking. Also, it is important to write down the things you are grateful for. When we are grateful for what the universe has already blessed us with, we are mentally, physically, and spiritually training our minds to receive more of those same positive attributes in life.

5. Visualize your goal as if you already have obtained it.
This is also very important. The divine has taught me from a young age, that unless we are like the children of the divine we cannot enter the kingdom. (Matthew 18:4, Holy Bible) A child has a strong sense of innocence, wonder, and imagination. You ever thought about why this is? Like a child, a manifesting pro must have the strength and endurance to dream. Visualizing what you want as if you already have it, is very much like having a strong child-like imagination. You can practice this while meditating or simply taking a few moments to focus on your goals intently before going to bed every night.

6. Keeping an optimistic outlook at all times.
Being an overly positive person is probably one of the most difficult ones for most people because of the programming we have all experienced by societal norms and exponential variables that may affect this specific practice; such as family dynamic, abusive situations, morals, and religious upbringing. However, it is good to get into the habit of trying to maintain a calm demeanor in every situation. When we are calm it is very easy to see every situation in a positive light with crystal clear clarity. When we maintain a clear mind, we are able to see the energy behind every situation. I like to call this adopting the mindset of “silver lining Sally”; the exact polar opposite of what people popularly associate a negative person as being a “Debbie Downer.”

There are several other techniques that can be used, as we are all divinely guided and embody gifts that make us unique.
